American Natural Premium wants every dog owner to be able to shop our Site, read our feeding guides and reach us easily, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We’re working toward that goal and haven’t fully reached it yet. Some pages, older PDFs and features from outside providers (like payment, review and map widgets) may not be fully accessible.
What we’re doing
- Using real text, headings and descriptive image text across the Site.
- Checking color contrast, keyboard access and form labels as we update pages.
- Reviewing the Site at least once a year, and again whenever we make major changes.
- Asking the outside providers we rely on to fix accessibility problems in their widgets, and looking for a better option when they don’t.

We’re also glad to take your order by phone or send product information (ingredients, feeding guidelines, guaranteed analysis) in another format.
We answer accessibility messages within 3 business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we’ll tell you what we’re doing and help you get what you needed in the meantime.
